Every case at Thayat follows the same foundational approach: we listen first, document carefully, communicate at each stage, and seek the outcome that best reflects the family's actual needs — not simply the fastest or most convenient one. Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins, and no step is taken without the client's informed understanding.

Service 01
Will Drafting & Review
Sensitive assistance drafting or reviewing a will, ensuring your intentions are recorded with care and clarity. We give you room to consider each decision without any pressure. A will is one of the most important documents a person can leave behind — and it deserves to be written well.
Whether you are drafting a will for the first time or reviewing one that may need updating after a change in your circumstances, we approach the process with the same attentiveness and care.
Drafting wills that clearly and legally reflect your wishes
Reviewing existing wills for clarity, legal standing, and completeness
Updating wills to reflect changes in assets, family composition, or wishes
Ensuring compliance with Thai succession law requirements
Process Steps

Draft prepared and shared for your review
Revisions made until the document fully reflects your wishes
Final signing with appropriate witnesses as required by law
Process Steps
Review of available documents and family information
Identification and confirmation of statutory and named heirs
Structured mediation sessions with all parties, where needed
Written agreement and documentation of outcomes
Service 02
Heir Identification & Mediation
Thoughtful help identifying heirs and easing tensions among family members, seeking fair understanding. We keep the process respectful and calm, mindful of everyone's feelings. When the people around a table are also grieving, the way a conversation is conducted matters as much as its outcome.
Our mediation service creates a structured, neutral space for all parties. We do not advocate for any individual heir — our role is to help the family reach a shared understanding of what the estate contains, who has a claim on it, and how those claims should be honoured.
Identifying statutory and named heirs under Thai law
Neutral mediation between family members with differing views
Clear documentation of agreed positions and outcomes
Guidance on next steps if further legal action becomes necessary

Estate Administration
Considerate support administering an estate, taking on the practical steps during a difficult time. We handle matters gently so families can attend to what matters most. We coordinate these steps on behalf of the estate administrator or family, keeping everyone informed without overwhelming them with unnecessary detail.

Coordination with Land Department for property transfers
Regular progress reporting throughout the administration
Process Steps
Estate review — assets, liabilities, and documents gathered
